We offer several types of conveyor systems, including:
Flush Floor Twin or Single Slat Conveyors – Commonly used to transport vehicles through various stages of assembly. Available in widths ranging from 150mm to over 3000mm, these conveyors are integrated seamlessly into the floor to maintain a clear working environment.
Bench Slat Conveyors – Installed on-floor to create a moving platform at an ideal ergonomic height, perfect for component assembly and sub-assembly tasks.
Pedestal Slat Conveyors – A variation of the single slat system that raises loads to an ergonomic working height using fixed pedestals. These can also include turntables or tilting mechanisms, allowing full 360° access and improving operator reach and productivity.
Plastic Belt Conveyors – Designed specifically for transporting vehicles through assembly and inspection processes, plastic belt conveyors offer a smooth, continuous surface that minimises wear on vehicle components. These systems are maintenance-friendly, highly durable, and can be supplied with ESD-compliant materials where electrostatic discharge control is required. Their modular construction supports layout flexibility and simplified cleaning, making them ideal for modern, high-efficiency production environments.
