Electrified Monorail System conveyors
FATA Automation EMS conveyors are used across a wide range of applications, including component assembly, delivery systems, and vehicle production. Known for their reliability, quiet operation, and clean performance, EMS solutions are ideal for modern manufacturing environments.
Each EMS trolley features independent control, allowing variable speeds tailored to specific assembly tasks, along with fast transit between stations to reduce work-in-progress (WIP) and increase throughput. High stopping accuracy ensures precise alignment when interfacing with auxiliary equipment such as infeed and outfeed conveyor systems for Automated Storage and Retrieval Systems (ASRS), vision inspection stations, robotic arms, and automated guided vehicles (AGVs).
Like Power & Free (P&F) systems, EMS can include overhead transport and buffer storage lines, freeing up valuable floor space. Vertical bends and drop sections are available to efficiently transfer loads between high and low-level conveyors.
FATA Automation EMS solutions support unit loads ranging from 100 kg to 6,000 kg.
Our L60 and M60 systems use a 180 mm x 60 mm track profile, while the P60 system uses a 240 mm x 80 mm profile.
Depending on load configuration, vertical bends of up to 30 degrees can be achieved without the need for track switches.
