Power and Free Chain Conveyors

Power and Free (P&F) conveyors are an established method of handling unit loads:

• Low level assembly lines at process speed at a fixed pitch.
• Delivery of loads at speeds up to18 metres per minute between processes.
• High density buffer storage between processes.

P&F conveyor layouts comprising multiple chains provide a combination of the 3 elements above within a single system.

Transport and storage lines at high level will free up valuable floor space. Drop Sections or vertical bends deliver loads between high and low level conveyor sections.

FATA 3", 4" and 6" Power and Free systems are available to handle unit loads from 200kg up to 6000kg.
