Nissan - Manrider Conveyor
In 2006, FATA Automation Limited supplied and installed two paintshop manrider conveyors in Paint Line 2 ‘Touch Up’ Booth B at the Nissan UK Sunderland Plant.
Having first removed the existing platforming to create space for the new systems, a pair of manrider slat conveyors were installed each side of an existing inverted power and free system which runs through the booth.
The manriders provided a moving surface for the operators working on vehicles as they passed through their work stations.
